Ingredients:
Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
Broccoli (2.5 oz)
Salt/Pepper (1 pinch each)
Chicken Filet (1–6.0–7.0 oz)
Mushrooms (1 pack of mushrooms *if you want mushrooms)
Sesame Seeds (2 tbsp)
How to make:
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, over medium-high heat.
- Dice or cut the chicken into strips or chunks.
- Add the chicken to the olive oil in the frying pan.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and add the sesame seeds.
- Stir-fry for a few minutes, until the chicken turns golden brown over medium-high heat.
- Add the fresh broccoli and mushrooms on top and cover with a lid to stem the veggies for about 5 minutes.
- Stir together for a couple of minutes until the broccoli is crisp, but tender.
- Let it simmer on low for 5 more minutes.
