The next recipe in this series is Chicken Stir-Fry with Broccoli.

This high-protein, lactose-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, quick and easy keto meal is perfect for busy days. This is another ideal meal idea for a quick keto meal on the go.

Total Prep/Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

Olive Oil (1 tbsp)

Broccoli (2.5 oz)

Salt/Pepper (1 pinch each)

Chicken Filet (1–6.0–7.0 oz)

Mushrooms (1 pack of mushrooms *if you want mushrooms)

Sesame Seeds (2 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, over medium-high heat.
  2. Dice or cut the chicken into strips or chunks.
  3. Add the chicken to the olive oil in the frying pan.
  4. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and add the sesame seeds.
  5. Stir-fry for a few minutes, until the chicken turns golden brown over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the fresh broccoli and mushrooms on top and cover with a lid to stem the veggies for about 5 minutes.
  7. Stir together for a couple of minutes until the broccoli is crisp, but tender.
  8. Let it simmer on low for 5 more minutes.
